A Lantern in the Dark

Here are a few iPhone snap shots of our annual girls weekend in Geneva, OH.  A wonderful, magical time.

And then we wrote our wishes on paper lanterns and sent them floating over Lake Erie.  They take a while to light but once in flight they really moved as they were picked up by air currents.  They moved across the sky, higher and higher, until they became teeny tiny glowing dots and then they were gone.
